ALEXANDER GUGGENBERGER, M.Sc.​

I hold a Master's degree in Economics from the University of Vienna and I am currently pursuing a PhD at the Paris-Lodron University Salzburg. My general research interests are in applied, experimental and behavioural economics. My dissertation is constituted of two projects investigating different perspectives on the (strategic) value of information in decision and game theoretical problems.​ For a short description of my PhD projects, see my academic CV.

 

Working Paper (under review): The Power of Uncertainty in Committees With Unequal Voting Rights (pdf) (joint work with Georg Granic and Alexander K Wagner) â€‹

 

Besides  my PhD, I am employed at Shisolabs GmbH, where I am responsible for data analysis, coding and reporting prototypes of data driven solutions to business problems in R and Python, evaluating and validating algorithmic forecasts etc.
